5K a year Primary Objective of Position:
Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
Direct, promote, and coordinate the hardware store in a manner that will optimize the cooperative's market share and savings, improve the cooperative's efficiency, help achieve the cooperative's mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service.
Effectively schedule and direct staff on a weekly basis.
Responsibilities of the Position:
Establish and communicate store goals and results to employees with the assistance from the retail manager Responsible for staffing needs and delegation of workload Follow ACE's monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans Submit store's marketing plan to retail manager when received from ACE.
Ensure that the store is properly supplied and merchandised in all product lines.
Establish and achieve store profitability and sales goals Handle claims and complaints including returns, damaged goods, and warranty items.
All other duties assigned
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older Must have 3 years of previous retail management experience Possess good written and verbal communication skills Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds Have good leg and finger dexterity Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
