Our offices are located in Tomah, Sparta, and West Salem.
We service 14 counties in our field of membership.
We are currently seek a Call Center Representative I to work in our West Salem Location.
This position will provide information and member service concerning the credit union and its products and services to credit union members, ensuring the highest quality of member service.
Some of the essential functions of the position are; Providing service and information in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner via telephone or correspondence.
Reveiw, follow-up, and decision eligible membership applications submitted through online portal.
Research and solve routine member questions.
Verify accounts Work with all of our online services by providing excellent member service.
Follow all policy's and procedures and maintain confidentiality with all member interactions.
We are seeking an individual that enjoys Customer Service and is able to problem solve and has the ability to multi-task in different scenarios.
You will work on a team with 3 other individuals who like to have fun and we promote a work life balance.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
